The Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) occurs in 22% of the population and has only recently become more acceptable as a way of being (not seen as a disability) in our society. Who can we look to for guidance if we are considered HSP? There are many people in our history who have left a legacy of honoring their sensitive ways who’s words can teach us and help us feel we are not alone. I talk about one of them. In fact some of the greatest thinkers, artists and writers in our history have been HSP.
