THE BLOOM
In this space where ray meets petal, what is pure is illuminated for us to regard. As we admire the sweetness of pink tones, cupped atop a thorny stem, the relationship between sun and flower play its finale. Each living being blooms in this manner, seeking growth and nourishment from our delicate ecosystem. To touch this rose would taint its preciousness, as we are not invited to engage, only witness the bloom.
One can equate a woman to a rose, so delicate, so pure. It is important to protect and care for women, as one would a rose. There are some who cannot just witness and must destroy the bloom.
